Technical Description and Structural Advantages
The AH 200 is a soot abatement system designed for small wood- or biomass-fired systems where high purification efficiency is required with minimal footprint. It is suitable for domestic stoves, small wood-fired ovens (2–4 pizzas), and boilers up to 50 kW. Its stainless steel AISI 304 body ensures durability and resistance, even in humid environments or outdoors (with optional protective cover).
The washing system is based on a patented dual-stage technology: two internal sections where atomized water intercepts the incoming flue gases, removing soot and fine particulates. Full-cone stainless steel spray nozzles are arranged on two levels, ensuring a combined effect of separation and washing. The water is recycled inside a 35-liter tank, powered by a 190-watt pump designed for optimal efficiency and low energy consumption.
All components are fully accessible for inspection, and maintenance is simplified by a front drain tap or optional automated valve.

The AH 200 is a low-noise system (<70 dB(A)), ideal for homes, small workshops, or commercial premises with wall exhausts or where effective treatment is required without a vertical flue up to the roof.
During operation, the unit reduces over 95% of soot and effectively captures compounds such as CO (carbon monoxide), NOx, and volatile particles. Tests also show a significant reduction in odors from wood or biomass combustion.
