È obbligatorio installare un abbattitore di fuliggine per una griglia a carbone?
R: In Italia la normativa vigente (D.Lgs. 152/2006 e regolamenti comunali) impone il trattamento delle emissioni per attività che producono fumi da combustione. Per griglie a carbone, forni a legna e caldaie a biomassa in ambito professionale l'installazione di un sistema di abbattimento è generalmente obbligatoria. I requisiti specifici variano per comune e per tipologia di impianto — contattaci per una valutazione del tuo caso.
Qual è la differenza tra un abbattitore ad acqua e un filtro meccanico?
R: Il filtro meccanico trattiene le particelle più grandi ma si satura rapidamente con fuliggine e grassi, richiede sostituzioni frequenti e perde efficienza nel tempo. L'abbattitore ad acqua serie AH lavora per lavaggio continuo senza filtri da sostituire — la fuliggine viene catturata dall'acqua, decantata e scaricata in fognatura. Manutenzione semestrale, efficienza stabile >95% nel tempo.
Cosa significa certificazione IMQ per un abbattitore di fuliggine?
R: IMQ è un ente di certificazione italiano indipendente che verifica la conformità del prodotto agli standard di sicurezza europei attraverso test e ispezioni in produzione. ETC Group è l'unico produttore italiano di abbattitori di fuliggine con certificazione IMQ — non è un'autocertificazione, è una verifica tecnica di terza parte documentata e rinnovata periodicamente.
I dati di abbattimento sono verificati o sono dichiarati dal produttore?
R: Sono verificati da laboratori accreditati Accredia — ente nazionale di accreditamento riconosciuto a livello europeo. I rapporti di prova 2876/19, 2877/19 e 0995/25 documentano una riduzione del particolato da 516,5 a 24,8 mg/Nm³. I dati sono reali, misurati su impianto reale, non simulati o calcolati teoricamente.
L'abbattitore AH funziona anche per caldaie a pellet e biomassa?
R: Sì. La serie AH è progettata specificamente per fumi da combustione solida — legna, pellet, cippato, carbone, biomassa vegetale. Il sistema ad acqua è particolarmente efficace su questo tipo di particolato carbonioso fine che i filtri meccanici tradizionali gestiscono con difficoltà.
